Enjoy safe and comfortable travel with professional driving, even on snowy winter roads and in heavy traffic. You won't have to worry about paying the metered fare. Enjoy a relaxing time in a spacious, private space, all to yourself. ■ Passenger Capacity and Luggage Guidelines: This plan accommodates up to six passengers, but please note the following points to ensure a comfortable trip. Recommended Number of Passengers: Up to four (suitcases and other large luggage can be accommodated with ease). Maximum Number of Passengers (6 Passengers): Due to trunk space limitations, only four large suitcases can fit. If you have a lot of luggage, we strongly recommend keeping your number of passengers to four or fewer, as there is a possibility that you may not be able to fit in the vehicle even if it is within capacity.(Please contact us in advance if you have a lot of luggage.) ■ Waiting Time and Extended Charges: The following waiting times have been set, taking into consideration flight delays and baggage collection times. Free waiting time: Up to two hours after the scheduled flight arrival time. Delay response: In the unlikely event of a significant delay in arrival, please be sure to contact us in advance. Extension fee: If two hours pass from the scheduled arrival time without prior notice, an extension fee of 4,000 yen per hour will be charged as overtime pay for the driver.
