Terms of Service

Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using Hokkaido Luxury Trip (hereinafter "Service") operated by Takahashi Real Estate Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations between the Company and customers regarding the use of the Service, and apply to all relationships between customers and the Company regarding the use of the Service. 2. Individual rules and additional rules posted on the Service shall constitute a part of these Terms. 3. In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and individual rules, the individual rules shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows: 1. "Service" refers to travel arrangements, guide services, transfer services, and other related services in Hokkaido provided by the Company. 2. "Customer" refers to individuals or corporations who use the Service. 3. "Reservation" refers to the customer's application for the Service and the Company's acceptance thereof.

Article 3 (Reservation and Contract Formation)

1. Customers shall apply for reservations through the methods prescribed by the Company. 2. A reservation is established when the Company sends a reservation confirmation notice to the customer. 3. Customers are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making reservations. 4. The Company may decline reservations in the following cases: • When the customer has violated these Terms • When the reservation contains false information • When the Company deems the reservation inappropriate

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

1. Service fees shall be as stated on the Company's website or in individual quotations. 2. Customers shall pay fees by the designated deadline using the method specified by the Company. 3. Fees include consumption tax and other taxes unless otherwise specified. 4. Fees paid are non-refundable except as provided in these Terms.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Changes)

1. Customers may cancel or change reservations by contacting the Company by the day before the service date. 2. The following cancellation fees apply: • Up to 14 days before service date: Free • Up to 7 days before service date: 30% of fee • Up to 3 days before service date: 50% of fee • Up to the day before service date: 80% of fee • On service date or no-show: 100% of fee 3. If service cannot be provided due to weather, natural disasters, or other reasons not attributable to the Company, the Company will provide alternative services or a full refund.

Article 6 (Customer Responsibilities)

1. Customers shall use the Service at their own responsibility. 2. Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service: • Acts that violate laws or public order • Acts that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties • Acts that interfere with the Company's service operations • Acts that cause inconvenience to other customers • Providing false information 3. If a customer violates these Terms, the Company may suspend service provision and claim damages.

Article 7 (Company Liability)

1. The Company shall give due consideration to customer safety in providing the Service. 2. If damage is caused to a customer due to the Company's intentional or gross negligence, the Company shall be liable for damages. However, the amount of compensation shall be limited to the fees paid by the customer. 3. The Company shall not be liable in the following cases: • Damage due to weather, natural disasters, transportation delays, or other reasons not attributable to the Company • Accidents or damage due to customer's own responsibility • Damage due to customer's failure to follow Company instructions

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. 2. Customers may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or distribute content related to the Service without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company handles customer personal information appropriately in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Company may change these Terms without notice to customers when deemed necessary. 2. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on the Company's website. 3. If customers use the Service after the Terms have been changed, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. 2. In case of any dispute regarding the Service, the Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
