■ Cancellation Policy by Tour Type

[ Standard Tours ]
• 72+ hours before tour start: Full refund
• 24–72 hours before tour start: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before tour start: No refund

[ Premium Tours ]
• 7 days+ before tour start: Full refund
• 72 hours–7 days before tour start: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before tour start: No refund

■ How to Cancel

Please contact us via email or our contact form to request a cancellation.
The cancellation time is recorded when we confirm receipt of your message.

■ Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via one of the following methods:
1. Original payment method (credit card, etc.)
2. Store credit (gift card)

Please indicate your preferred refund method when submitting your cancellation request.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment method.

■ Cancellation Due to Weather or Force Majeure

If a tour is cancelled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other 
circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
