1. Shipping of goods

We currently offer tours and experiences only and do not ship physical goods. No shipping charges apply.

2. Delivery of your voucher

Once your booking is complete, we send your booking confirmation (voucher) by email immediately. On the day, please present it either printed or on your smartphone screen. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us at the details below.

3. When services are provided

Tours and experiences are provided on the date and at the start time you selected when booking. The meeting point and meeting time are stated on the product page and on your voucher.

4. Physical products

If we begin to offer physical products in future, we will update this Policy to include shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times.
