The flat rate covers a private vehicle for up to 4 guests. Large suitcases take the place of a seat, so please tell us the number of guests and suitcases when you book and we will confirm the right vehicle.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please give us your flight number when you book. We track arrivals and adjust the pick-up time if your flight is delayed.

Where exactly do we meet?

Arrivals: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a Hokkaido Luxury Trip sign. Departures: pick-up is at your hotel entrance.

Do you have child seats?

Yes. Child seats are free of charge but must be requested in advance.

How long does it take?

1 hour and 30 minutes. For transfers this depends on traffic and road conditions, especially in winter.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation if you cancel 7 days or more before the start. Charges after that — 6-3 days before: 30% charge; 2 days to 24 hours before: 50% charge; Within 24 hours / no-show: 100% charge.
