This is the private version of our Sapporo ramen tasting tour: the whole tour is reserved for your group, with no other travellers joining.
At three highly regarded ramen shops in Sapporo you will enjoy 3 completely different bowls of ramen - each chosen to show a distinct style and flavour profile. Between tastings your ramen expert guide explains ramen in a clear, practical way: the key soup components, how noodles and toppings are matched, and how Sapporo ramen developed.
Because the tour is private, the pace is yours. Ask as many questions as you like, take your time at each shop, and tell us in advance about allergies or preferences so we can order accordingly.
Your guide is a nationally licensed guide-interpreter (English, Japanese, Chinese) who eats at all three shops year-round and orders for you in Japanese.
